The coffee-making industry is constantly evolving, and baristas come up with new recipes.
If you are bored with classic lattes and cappuccinos, browse this section.

Cold latte

To make the number one summer coffee, mix espresso, milk, syrup, and ice cubes. Blend everything until it looks like a one-piece liquid. Pour the mix into glasses and decorate the glass with whipped cream.

Cheese dessert

Boil milk, add coffee and sugar. Mix it and cool it down. Put cottage cheese in a bowl, add cold coffee, and whip it. Malt some peanuts and add them to the cheese-coffee bowl. Then, mix it and serve on small plates.

How pour over changed the concept of a coffee bar

Pour over, hario, and v60 are the names for the same way of making coffee. The method became popular only in 2010, after the publication of an article about it in The New York Times, and was invented almost a hundred years before that.

Making pour-over coffee is a real ritual, which is called the "coffee ceremony", however, this ritual can be mastered quite easily, and its result will be unmistakably tasty. So, let's see how to master this brewing method and why it is so popular nowadays in the USA and around the world.
